Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet, although a bit small. The service was outstanding, with caring and friendly staff going out of their way to assist. The location was convenient for exploring historical sites, but I had some issues with cold water. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a buffet style Turkish selection. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully clean and well-appointed, although a bit noisy at night being located above the front door. The location was incredibly handy for exploring all the wonderful sights in Sultanahmet. The hotel had everything I needed, including a nice view which met my preference.
During my stay, the hotel offered a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and clean, felt a bit cramped, but overall were perfect. The service was exceptional at late check-in, yet there were some initial challenges with room availability. The location was excellent for accessing key attractions, but there was a slight concern with the smell in the vicinity. The dining options were varied and satisfying, though I wished for more home-made ice cream. The facilities provided were good for my needs, with a few areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and very neat, providing a comfortable environment. However, the rooms were small and lacked proper ventilation, making it a bit suffocating at times. The service was truly exceptional, with helpful and kind staff who went out of their way to ensure a great experience. The location was fantastic, putting me within walking distance of all the key sightseeing spots. The dining options, while tasty, were somewhat limited. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with exceptionally clean rooms offering a view of the Bosphorus. The smaller size of the rooms and the lack of a work desk were a slight drawback, but choosing rooms on Level 2 or above mitigated this issue. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly, providing a warm welcoming atmosphere and helpful guidance on tours and locations at affordable rates. The location, though brilliant for being 5 minutes away from key places in the city, could be challenging for those with disabilities due to surcharge fees. The dining experience, featuring a buffet style Turkish selection, was enjoyable despite some cold dishes. The facilities were well-equipped and offered a selection of Mediterranean cuisine. Overall, a great value for the money with minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were beautifully clean, well-appointed, and in a very convenient location for exploring all the wonderful sights in Sultanahmet. Despite being slightly small for large suitcases, they were so good-clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice view that perfectly matched my preference.
