The staff helped me with directions. they were very friendly and available whenever i needed something. breakfast on the terrace had a superb view. It included many options. the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions.
my room was quite small. it was located on the first floor, and it was somewhat noisy. there weren't large windows, so the room felt dark.

the spa was nice enough, with clean areas to relax.
the room i had booked wasnt the room i received, a common problem i saw in other reviews. it was much smaller than expected and very noisy due to its location near the street. the staff did not seem particularly concerned with the issue or offer a real solution.

I adored the rooftop breakfast. i saw bosphorus waterfront views. it held a fine quality. the saltwater pool proved refreshing after long days. the staff were so helpful. Their service felt excellent. they even surprised me with a lovely birthday cake. the location had easy access to major sights. i could walk to most places. the room came with beautiful linen.
The room was on the smaller side. It felt a bit compact.
